A study, titled ‘Harness the Power of Social Capital: The Workplace Secret to Engaged and Happier Employees’, found that the current Indian workforce, of which 46 per cent are millennials, prefer workplaces that enable employees to focus, relax and collaborate. Critically, 56 per cent of respondents said that their offices lacked spaces that allowed them to do exactly this.
This is just one of the changes brought about by the pandemic; that of understanding the importance and role of the office. And while this might bring with it its own set of unique challenges, it also offers a gilt-edged opportunity to reimagine the workplace.
Organizations now strive to create a physical and digital work environment that is flexible and collaborative, delivering the ever-elusive but much-in-demand work-life balance. How can leaders go about creating a new model of work that fulfills these many criteria?
This year, Team Marksmen’s premier edition of Most Preferred Workplaces 2022 is scheduled for 1st July 2022 at The Lalit Hotel, Mumbai. Let’s laud the efforts of the organizations that have achieved this enviable task of creating the New Possible.

McKinsey research shows that people who report having a positive employee experience have 16 times the engagement level of employees with a negative experience and that they are eight times more likely to want to stay at a company.
And this, of course, serves to shape the not-so-small matter of creating a physical and digital work environment that is flexible and collaborative, delivering the ever-elusive but much in demand work-life balance. It is an unenviable task to create this New Possible, but one that the Most Preferred Workplaces 2022 have epitomized fully. This exclusive industry platform will laud leading organizations from across the space.
