This page sets out the terms and conditions from Team Marksmen (hereinafter referred to as “Team Marksmen”, “We”, or “Us”) when you purchase a ticket or register for any Event.

By completing any of the above actions, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions, and as such should read this document carefully.

These terms may be amended without notice to you. Your continued use of the Site, the Events, and other Team Marksmen products and services will mean that you accept these changes. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. Unless otherwise indicated, amendments will become effective immediately. Please review these Terms and Conditions periodically.

Team Marksmen reserves the right to cancel, change the date to any date within 12 months of the then current Start Date, the format, or relocate the Event at any time prior to the Event Date. You agree to obtain, at your own expense, appropriate and sufficient insurance against any risk of loss associated with the Event being cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or relocated.


1. Force Majeure

In this clause, Force Majeure means circumstances which are beyond the reasonable control of Team Marksmen and which are reasonably likely to affect successful delivery of the Team Marksmen Event or would make it inadvisable, impracticable, illegal, or impossible for a party to perform its obligations as originally contracted under these Terms & Conditions, including, but not limited to: failure of a utility service or transport or telecommunications network, lockout, strike or other industrial action (whether or not involving Team Marksmen’s own workforce), civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, chemical, or biological contamination, any restriction or measures imposed in connection with a pandemic, epidemic, public health emergency (including but not limited to the Covid-19 pandemic), act of God, riot, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, recommendation, regulation or direction (including travel-related guidance and restrictions), accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, or default of suppliers or sub- contractors, sonic boom, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action, or advice.

f, because of Force Majeure, Team Marksmen cancels the Event, UNLEASH Group Ltd shall use reasonable commercial endeavours to reschedule the Event. Without prejudice to its obligations, Team Marksmen accepts no liability and will not be liable for any compensation where the performance of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions is affected by Force Majeure.

3. Solicitation

The Site, and Team Marksmen Events do not constitute a solicitation to buy or sell any products or services, or make an investment of any kind.


4. Advice

No information contained in the Site or provided at the Events should be deemed to constitute the provision of financial, investment or other professional advice in any way.


5. Content of the website and events

By proceeding you agree to the exclusion by us, of any liability, including without limitation that arising from any loss of profit or any other direct or consequential damage, in respect of any errors and/or omissions by us and/or any relevant third parties in respect of the content.

The contents of the Site and the Event(s) are based upon sources of information believed to be reliable, however, save to the extent required by applicable law or regulations, no guarantee, warranty, or representation (express or implied) is given as to its accuracy or completeness and, Team Marksmen and its officers and employees do not accept any liability or responsibility in respect of the information, or any views expressed herein.

If you have accessed the Site using a link from another site, Team Marksmen does not accept any liability or responsibility for the accuracy of information contained within the sites of other providers who have links to any pages of this site or to whom this site is linked.

By registering your name and email address, you are agreeing to receive email communication from Team Marksmen and other Team Marksmen Entities to keep you informed of related products and services. Please see our Privacy Policy.

Notification

You agree to notify us of any changes to your personal circumstances with respect to any information or representation made herein and to provide us with any changes to this information as we may reasonably require.


8. Ownership and Copyright

The copyright in the Site, the Event(s), and any Team Marksmen publications (unless otherwise indicated), its contents, including all information, graphics, code, text, and design are owned by Team Marksmen and should not be reproduced or distributed without permission.


9. Admissions Policy

Our Events are open to professionals only, unless deemed otherwise by a Team Marksmen officer or employee on a case-to-case basis. Solicitation of business or distribution of materials by non-participants is strictly prohibited. Violators will be immediately removed from the Event.

Any person found to be registering to attend our events using false information or credentials or deliberately withholding information will have their application automatically denied and may be liable to prosecution. Without prejudice, the organizers reserve the right to exclude any person(s).

Our policy objective is to ensure a healthy ratio of Enterprise to Vendor delegates at all our events. This ensures that representatives of Enterprise organizations are not overwhelmed by Vendor organizations. It assists in the protection of investments made by the Sponsors, Exhibitors, and Partners at Team Marksmen events. To achieve this, we enforce a strict policy of approvals with quota limits. It should be noted that we reserve the right to refuse entry to representatives of vendor companies (software/services/solution providers) and consultants of any kind who register themselves in this way.

Team Marksmen reserves the rights to film/permit approved third party filming across the show open days of the events.

By attending the show, visitors permit the organizers/approved third parties to use any footage taken. No person under the age of 18 years, including children of the exhibitors, will be admitted during the tenancy period. Canvassing is not permitted.

The organizers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from the events or venue who does not comply with this policy or who they reasonably consider are likely to break the rules.


10. Travel

Team Marksmen will not provide transport or travel expenses to or from any Team Marksmen event.


11. Exhibitor Information

Team Marksmen will consider but not guarantee exhibitors requests for day changes at any event or conference. All items supplied (screens, laptops, cabling and other electronic equipment, rooms, furniture etc.) are on a rental basis and no exchange, transfer, or refund of ordered items on-site will be entertained but not guaranteed. Exhibitors must pay for any damages or losses caused to items supplied to them.

Cancelled orders are not refundable. Non-standard items may be offered on request, subject to a separate quotation, and are subject to the same terms and conditions. Any complaint regarding rental items or installation must be lodged before the opening of the event. In respect of items rented on the day, items should be inspected immediately and tested. The equipment must be insured “all risk” by the hirer, who will remain liable until the authorised staff has collected the equipment. In case of disappearance, the equipment will be invoiced at the original insurance value.
